The decision to convert 234.8 hectares of land in the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek was made by the Cabinet of Ministers.

Based on resolution No. 699, signed on September 27 by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev, lands that were previously designated for agricultural use (plots No. 216 (88.5 ha), No. 219 (60 ha), No. 220 (18 ha), No. 227 (64 ha), and barren land (plot No. 218 (4.3 ha)), which belonged to citizens such as A. Amanjol, G. Ashiraliyeva, T. Ashiraliyeva, and others, were reclassified as land for populated areas.

This area is planned for the construction of multi-storey residential buildings and social infrastructure facilities.

The resolution came into effect upon its official publication on October 31.
