This decision was made in accordance with Article 24 of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Medical Insurance for Citizens in the KR," as well as taking into account Articles 13 and 17 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the KR."
The composition and Regulations of the new Supervisory Council have been approved, and the Ministry of Health has been instructed to take the necessary measures to implement this resolution.
At the same time, three previous resolutions dated February 15, 2012, September 30, 2019, and January 31, 2022, which also concerned the Supervisory Council, have been rendered invalid.
The new resolution will come into effect one week after its official publication.
