The Ministry of Health announced the transfer of medical equipment worth $109,200 to two primary care centers.

The agreement was signed by Health Minister Erkin Chechebaev and Japanese Ambassador Goda Hideki as part of the "Roots of Grass and Human Security" program, which aims to strengthen the healthcare system in Kyrgyzstan.

The primary care center located in the Ton district of the Issyk-Kul region will receive equipment worth $44,400, including a video colposcope, an electrocardiograph, and an ENT unit.

The center in the Alay district of the Osh region will also be equipped with $64,800 worth of anesthesia machines, surgical lights, and an electrocauter.
