The location of the events is the residential complex "Filatov Lug." According to preliminary data, at least two people were injured as a result of the conflict. One local resident, who witnessed the incident, reported that when he stepped out of his house, sharp objects were flying around him: one of the participants in the brawl threw an axe.
The witness attempted to capture the events on camera but was grabbed by the neck, threatened with a knife, and other participants in the brawl demanded that he stop filming and drop his phone. He managed to leave in a taxi.
