According to Tumanbaev, since the announcement of the new order, seven private driving schools have already applied for licenses, which will be granted in the established manner.
In addition, starting from September 2026, driver training will become mandatory for all 11th-grade students and will be included in the school curriculum, with all driving schools required to adhere to a unified state standard.
