The capsule-laying ceremony took place on November 24. The complex will consist of 14 blocks, including:
- 10 buildings with a height of 35 stories;
- 4 buildings with a height of 40 stories;
- a total of 4,160 apartments.
Plans also include the construction of a school for 750 students and a kindergarten for 280 children.
The complex will be located on Dostoevsky Street, near Ankara Street. The site, covering 13 hectares, was previously owned by a private individual but was returned to state ownership, as reported by Kanaybek Tumanbaev, the president's chief of staff.
