Construction of the "Altai" Town Has Begun in Bishkek - Sketches

The construction of a new residential complex called "Altai" has begun in Bishkek. This was reported by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On November 20, the day of the capsule laying for the construction, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, participated in the ceremonial event. Minister Nurdin Oruntaev presented this significant infrastructure project to the president.

The "Altai" complex will occupy an area of 234 hectares and will include 1,551 five-story buildings. A total of 34,004 apartments of various layouts will be built, and the total construction area will exceed 1 million 7 thousand square meters.

The project also plans to construct social facilities, including schools, kindergartens, clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, as well as police departments and fire stations. Additionally, a large park covering 50 hectares and modern sports and children's playgrounds are planned.

As for the transport infrastructure, it will include about 86 kilometers of internal roads, 50 kilometers of sidewalks, and parking areas designed for 34,500 vehicles.
