The sketch was developed by specialists from the Kemin District Architecture and Urban Planning Department as part of the activities of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic. According to the agency, the reconstruction will affect the stadium located on Pobeda Street, which covers an area of 3.8 hectares.
As part of the project, it is planned to create a new football field, running tracks, mini-football and basketball courts, as well as modern stands for spectators, green areas, and parking for cars.
Ministry representatives emphasize that the implementation of this project is aimed at improving the sports infrastructure of the city and creating comfortable conditions for physical culture and sports activities among the youth.
According to officials, "the new sports facility will become an important public space where local residents can actively spend time, engage in sports, and participate in mass events. This will contribute to improving the health of the population and increasing interest in an active lifestyle."
The reconstruction of the stadium in Kemin will be part of a program to modernize sports facilities across the country, which was initiated to support sports and a healthy lifestyle in the regions of Kyrgyzstan.
