According to representatives of the agency, the State Architectural and Construction Control Department in Bishkek found that the construction of nine-story buildings at the addresses: Tokmokskaya Street, 45 and 47, Zagorskaya, 22 and 24, as well as Michurina Street, 27, is being carried out with deviations from the approved project.
The company responsible for all construction work is OsOO "Stalmontazh Plyus."
As a result of the inspection, this organization was fined 423,000 soms.
In addition, the company has been issued a written warning, and its license has been temporarily suspended until the identified violations are rectified and compliance with the project documentation is restored.
The Ministry reminds that all construction and installation work must be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved project, as well as in compliance with safety standards and construction rules.
