The Ministry reminded that all construction work must be carried out in accordance with the legislation, and that the sale of real estate without the registration of the property is an offense that may lead to criminal liability.
The agency urged citizens to carefully check the registration of the property before purchasing housing and to enter into contracts only after confirming the legality of the construction.
