According to the residents, the area between houses No. 24 and 26 on Gogol Street was previously common for everyone, but in 2008 it was sold to a private individual. High-voltage power lines are located in this area, which prohibits construction on this plot, and as a result, it has been resold several times. Nevertheless, the new owner has begun construction work, causing dissatisfaction among residents who believe that the sale was made illegally and are calling for authorities to intervene in the situation.
At the moment, the area is fenced off, and active construction work is underway.
“We are being told to access through the parking lot of the 'Globus' store, but on holidays and in the evening, this route is blocked by cars. We cannot get to our homes,” the residents complain.
