He noted that at the "Altyn-Ordo" bus stop on Ankara Street, getting on and off the buses has become extremely difficult due to large puddles.
“Every time after it rains, everything repeats,” he shared. “Due to the poor quality of the asphalt, ruts form, and there are no storm drains. As a result, we are faced with a real lake that we have to jump over. Meanwhile, the buses splash us with dirty water. We contacted through the 'My City' app, but only received a formal response directing us to the local authorities, and that was it.”
