A resident of Bishkek reported an issue to the Call Center.

According to him, at the "Altyn-Ordo" bus stop on Ankara Street, people find it difficult to get on and off buses due to large puddles.

He noted: "After the rains, there is always such a situation. Due to the poor quality of the asphalt, ruts form, there is no drainage, and as a result, we end up with a lake that we have to jump over. Moreover, when buses pass by, we get splashed with dirty water. We tried to report this through the 'My City' app, but only received a standard response directing us to local authorities."

The press service of the Bishkek City Hall reported that the administration of the Oktobrskiy district instructed the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekasfaltservice" to carry out road leveling work near the bus stop on Ankara Street. The Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek City Transport" also informed that explanatory work was conducted with drivers regarding the proper and cautious approach to bus stops.
