Residents of the "Kok-Zhar" microdistrict contacted the Kaktus.media Call Center with complaints about a concrete mini-plant located near the intersection of Dostoevsky and Ankara streets.

Local residents question the legality of the plant's location, noting that it is situated on arable land and causes numerous problems for the surrounding area.

According to them: "There used to be land for agriculture where the plant is now. However, that's not the main issue. The traffic coming in and out creates unbearable conditions. The road is full of gravel, dust hangs in the air, settling on our homes. It's impossible to open the windows. Trucks operate both day and night, making it hard for us to sleep," they say.

Concrete mixers move at tremendous speeds, sometimes up to 100 km/h, creating unbearable noise.

Local residents demand that authorities take measures to improve infrastructure, maintain nighttime silence, and limit the speed of heavy vehicles.

The press service of the Bishkek mayor's office, referring to information from the municipal administration of the October district, reported that the issue will be forwarded to the municipal inspection and MTU No. 407. The citizens' appeal will be monitored by the akimat.

The municipal inspection clarified to the plant's management the importance of adhering to urban planning regulations in Bishkek. Within a month, the enterprise is required to remove construction debris and tidy up the section of the road leading from the plant to Dostoevsky Street.
