- The total number of apartments will be 4,160.
- The underground parking has 3 levels and accommodates 4,200 cars.
- Recreational areas: swimming pool, sports center, playgrounds for children, tennis and basketball courts, as well as a mini-football field.
- Educational institutions: a school for 750 students and a kindergarten for 280 children.
