The shares of the State Mortgage Company were offered for sale at a price of 100,000 soms per share, and the total trading volume reached 40.48 billion soms. A total of 404,804 shares were sold in one transaction. The placement was conducted in a closed manner exclusively for the sole shareholder — the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the future, the State Mortgage Company plans to place another 95,200 shares on the market.
As of the end of 2024, the authorized capital of the State Mortgage Company amounted to 32 billion 385 million soms, and after the shareholders' meeting in February 2025, it will increase to 82 billion 385.2 million soms, which is equivalent to nearly $1 billion.
