The authorities of Kyrgyzstan want to increase spending on education next year
Compared to the approved budget for 2025, this increase will amount to 20 billion 107.6 million soms.
In total, 83 billion 236.5 million soms will be allocated from the state budget, an additional 4 billion 701.3 million soms from special accounts, and 1 billion 12.2 million soms in the form of state investments.
These expenditures will account for 14.1% of the total republican budget (including financial assets) and 4.3% of GDP for 2026. The main increase in funds will be directed towards state expenditures, social payments, and other related activities.
