During the report on the execution of the republican budget for 2024, he stated that the nominal gross domestic product (GDP) increased from 639 billion soms in 2020 to 1.6 trillion soms in 2024, and it is projected that in 2025 this figure will reach 1.8 trillion soms.
“This means almost a threefold growth of the economy in recent years,” emphasized the Prime Minister.
Additionally, according to the International Monetary Fund, Kyrgyzstan became one of the top three countries with the highest real GDP growth rates in the world in 2024, and in 2025 it will take first place among the EAEU countries.
“The growth dynamics are related to the development of sectors such as construction, industry, and services, as well as an increase in investments in fixed capital,” added the head of the Cabinet.
