In his speech, Kasymaliev emphasized the importance of youth for Kyrgyzstan:

We are pleased to celebrate your achievements, initiatives, and efforts. The programs outlined in the National Youth Development Strategy for 2023–2030, along with your talents and initiatives, ensure significant successes in the fields of education, employment, and youth participation in societal life.
Kyrgyz youth actively demonstrate themselves not only in educational institutions but also abroad: dozens of students successfully study at universities such as Harvard, Yale, and Princeton, as well as at leading universities in Europe.
In recent years, the country has seen dynamic development in housing construction, which opens new opportunities for youth to obtain housing.
The creation of new jobs is one of the key directions of state policy. Thanks to the government's efforts, many job opportunities have opened up in Kyrgyzstan in the fields of IT, construction, industry, agriculture, and tourism.
The youth of Kyrgyzstan demonstrate significant successes on the international stage in sports and intellectual competitions, showcasing strength of spirit, physical power, and high intelligence. Kyrgyzstan holds leading positions in wrestling, and our athletes in kok-boru are unmatched.
The victories of our young scientists at international Olympiads in mathematics, physics, and computer science, as well as in debates, confirm the high potential of Kyrgyz youth. In the modern world, they not only master but also create new technologies, opening innovations capable of changing the economic structure of the country.
The achievements of youth only partially reflect their full potential. The future of Kyrgyzstan depends on you, the current students and young professionals. The country faces many challenges on the path to economic revival, and our common task is to maintain momentum and increase our efforts. We continue the transition from industrialization to the post-industrial stage, glorifying the legacy of Ak Ilbirs.
Each of you, becoming a qualified specialist and a well-rounded individual, will be a support not only for your loved ones but for the entire nation.
