— Thank you very much! I am in my fifth year at the Bishkek State University named after Kusein Karasaev, where I study Kyrgyz philology. My homeland is the Kara-Kulzhinsky district of the Osh region, but I have lived in the Moscow district of the Chui region for the last 15 years. In our family, I am the eldest of six children, and my parents are simple and hardworking people.
— Achievements require great effort, don't they?
— Yes, they do. Since entering the university, I set myself the goal of obtaining a scholarship. In any activity, I always start with a specific goal and persistently move towards it. As my older brother Elmirebek Imanaliev said: "For the knowledgeable, the world is a constant learning experience, while for the ignorant, it is a journey from grave to grave." Every person should leave something meaningful behind.
To achieve this scholarship, I worked hard and became the winner of several competitions, including "Best Student of Kyrgyzstan," "Best Student of the CIS," as well as the "Best Student" competition organized by the deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Dastan Bekeshev in collaboration with the Republic of Korea.
I actively participate in events both at the university level and in the country as a whole. There have been sleepless nights in the process of preparing for competitions. I sincerely thank my parents, brothers, and sisters, as well as my teachers for their support.

— What qualities do you think a top student should have? What would you advise the youth?
— A top student is someone who strives to be a leader in all areas. It is important to understand oneself and to grow. One must ask oneself questions: "Who am I?" and "In what area can I excel?". Self-discovery is the first step to success.
It is also important to set goals, work hard, be disciplined, and know how to manage time effectively. Active participation in competitions, projects, and scientific events helps to broaden horizons and gain valuable experience. Responsibility, courage, and perseverance are key components of success.
Do not forget to listen to the advice of teachers and appreciate the support of parents and loved ones. Success never comes by itself; it is always backed by hard work, patience, and persistence.

— Certainly, this is just the beginning of my journey. In the future, I dream of becoming one of the leading employees of the Ministry of Education. My goal is to create conditions for quality education for every child, develop schools in the regions, and strengthen the position of the Kyrgyz language as the state language.
Raising educated and patriotic young people is not just a job for me; it is a calling. Teaching the youth and contributing to the future of my country is a great honor for me. I want to serve my homeland and leave a mark in history.
— What is the government's attention to the youth today?
— In recent years, the government has significantly increased support for youth. First of all, it is worth noting the presidential scholarship, which is a powerful incentive for us students.
Additionally, an annual youth forum "Kyrgyzstan of My Dreams" is held with the participation of the country's president. This is an excellent platform for exchanging experiences and ideas, as well as for opening new opportunities. There are also various funds to support students and programs that help obtain education abroad. Overall, the government is actively working on youth development.

— Study, seek new knowledge, and develop. Critically evaluate yourself first and foremost, not those around you. The main thing is the desire for knowledge. As the saying goes: "For the knowledgeable, the world is bright; for the ignorant, it is dark." If every student takes these words to heart, their future will be bright. The development of our country is in our hands.
