Aidar Choybekov, along with his wife and children, became the winner of the district competition called "Best Family," winning an award in the category "Mykty üi-bülö" ("Best Family").
Aidar was born on June 2, 1990, in the Toktogul district of the Jalal-Abad region. His wife, Eliza Toktomush kyzy, was born on March 17, 1992, in the village of Ak-Tektir, located in the same district. Their family includes two sons and two daughters.

Aidar recalls how he met Eliza: "I was 20 years old when we met. We were picking raspberries in a beautiful place called Chychkan, not far from Toktogul, and there we met her younger sister. She suggested we get to know each other, and that’s how our phone correspondence began. We dated for eight months, and at 21, I proposed to her. Currently, my wife is studying in the first year of college with the dream of becoming a nurse."

In addition to participating in competitions, Aidar is engaged in animal husbandry.
He shared how their family prepared for the "Best Family" competition: "On October 24, this competition took place in the assembly hall of the Alamudun District State Administration as part of the national idea of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic 'National Spirit — World Heights' (from December 18, 2024). The main goal of the event is to strengthen family values, develop mutual understanding, and respect between parents and children."

"Due to work, I had only two days to prepare. But it seems it was meant to be: we took first place," Aidar said.

He also shared a dream that he and Eliza made together: "We have gone through many hardships, but supporting each other helped us overcome everything. In the end, we were recognized as the 'Best Family.'

"One moment that stands out to me is when my wife and I were walking down Almaty Street. We didn’t have a car, and we envied those who drove by. Suddenly, a red 'Matiz' passed by, and we simultaneously said, 'If only we had such a small 'Matiz'...' We sincerely wished for this, and that same year, we were gifted a red 'Matiz.' That day will forever remain in our memory."

"We try not to get discouraged in difficult times and not to become arrogant when things are going well. I want to say to young couples..." he added.

Aidar also spoke about the happiest moment in his life: "The greatest happiness for me is coming home from work to be greeted by my wife and children. My wife always taught the children to wait for my return so we could start dinner together."

"When I am greeted warmly, when they look me in the eyes with anticipation — that is true happiness. I am grateful to my family," he emphasized.

He advised young couples: "First of all, spouses should respect their parents while they are alive. This is important wisdom. A Kyrgyz proverb says: 'If you shoot at the past with a pistol, the future will respond to you with a cannon.' Respect for parents will lead to success at work, happiness in the family, and your children will grow up to be just as respectful."

"Secondly, to be happy, spouses must understand and support each other in any situation. Life has both difficult and easy days. Everything can be overcome if there is unity and patience," Aidar noted.

As a civil servant, he dreams of achieving the rank of general: "My goal is to raise worthy sons and daughters who will benefit their country and one day earn my respect."
