The incident occurred on September 30, 2025, when a horse breeder contacted the police. He reported that at the car market "RIOM," he made a deal with a man who promised to deliver 65 horses from Kazakhstan for a total of 7 million 20 thousand tenge. However, after receiving 2 million tenge from the farmer, the fraudster failed to fulfill his obligations. As a result, the damage amounted to 7 million 330 thousand 400 som.
The case has been registered under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud.
The law enforcement agencies detained the suspect, a citizen K.M., born in 1984, who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, an investigation is underway.
