He noted that people, in a state of despair, are forced to seek work in the fields, where income levels and working conditions remain extremely low.
“Despite previous promises to create the necessary conditions for farmers to preserve their harvest, construction of refrigeration complexes in each district has not yet begun. Farmers are facing the problem of not knowing where to sell their harvest and where to store it,” he added.
Additionally, Bolot Syghynayev called on the government to build state mortgage houses in rural areas, as the issue of housing shortages in villages is very acute. In his opinion, affordable housing could help retain young people in the regions and reduce migration to large cities.
The deputy also addressed the important issue of gasification in the city of Karakol, located in the Issyk-Kul region. He emphasized that Karakol is a significant tourist center that attracts visitors year-round, and the lack of reliable gas supply negatively affects the development of local infrastructure, the comfort level for residents, and the city's attractiveness for tourists.
