“Fire is a natural force, and to prevent ignitions, it is important to follow safety rules. In the Batken region, 526 fires were registered last year, which is 39% more than in 2024. This indicates a careless attitude of citizens towards fire, as well as the burning of waste during territory cleaning. It is important to remember to adhere to fire safety rules,” he added.
Talipov also shared some recommendations:
“When burning waste, do it away from residential houses, sheds, and places where firewood and feed are stored, or in specially designated areas. The fire should not be left unattended until it is completely extinguished;
After burning waste, be sure to pour water over the remnants or cover them with soil, and stay on site until the fire is completely out;
When repairing agricultural machinery, clean the engines of oil leaks and monitor the integrity of the insulation of electrical wires;
If you notice signs of a short circuit in a vehicle, immediately contact an auto electrician.
In case of fire, call: 112 or 101.”
