According to the police, a 60-year-old woman contacted law enforcement with a statement that her husband had died as a result of violent actions.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation established that on January 22, at approximately 14:20, a conflict occurred between two men against the backdrop of previous disagreements. During the quarrel, 70-year-old M.M. stabbed his biological brother in the chest with a kitchen knife. The victim died at the scene from the inflicted injury.
The suspect M.M. was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, investigative actions in the case are ongoing.
