As a result of an appeal to law enforcement agencies, it became known that a citizen G.A., born in 1993, had been working as a subcontractor on the facilities of HPP-1 and HPP-2 of the company "A.G.E." since October 2024. The work was carried out based on a verbal agreement, and the cost of pouring 1 cubic meter of concrete was 5,500 soms.
To conduct business, individual entrepreneurial activity was registered in the name of G.A.'s wife — E.K., with the corresponding power of attorney. About 100 local residents were involved in the construction work, receiving 200 soms per hour. However, from November to December 8, 2025, about 25 workers did not receive their wages.
During the investigation, it was found that during the specified period, 7,200 cubic meters of concrete work and other construction activities were completed. G.A. received 43,446,878 soms from the company "A.G.E.", of which 3,115,000 soms went to taxes.
Based on Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, G.A. was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
