- During the meeting of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on International Affairs, Defense, Security, and Migration, the following bills were adopted:

- "On the ratification of the Protocol amending the Marrakech Agreement establishing the World Trade Organization (Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies)," which was adopted at the 12th Ministerial Conference of the WTO on June 17, 2022, in Geneva — in the first reading.

- "On the ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Saudi Development Fund for the project 'Construction of Public Schools' Phase-2," signed on October 9, 2025, in Bishkek" — in the second reading.

- "On the ratification of the Loan Agreement 'First Program for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth' between the Kyrgyz Republic and the OPEC Fund for International Development, signed on September 22, 2025, in Bishkek" — in the second reading.

The WTO Protocol on Fisheries Subsidies aims to reduce harmful subsidies that contribute to overfishing and depletion of fishery resources and supports sustainable development of fisheries at the global level.

The loan from the OPEC Fund amounting to $30 million (term of 20 years, grace period of 5 years, interest rate of 1.25%) under the program "First Program for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth" aims to improve energy supply, social services, climate resilience, financial stability, and the business environment.

All three bills were approved by the committee and forwarded for further consideration at the plenary session of the Jogorku Kenesh.
