The Russian Foreign Ministry denied that Kyrgyzstan filed a lawsuit in the EAEU court

It was previously reported that in November 2025, Bishkek sent a request to the EAEU court for clarification of the provisions of the agreement concerning compulsory medical insurance (CMS). This procedure involves obtaining an advisory opinion, which is recommendatory in nature.

Zakharova also added that a court decision on this matter is expected in the near future.
