According to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, the fraudsters deceived the victim into believing that money had allegedly been transferred in her name to terrorist organizations, threatening her with criminal liability. Under the pretext of "protection from criminal prosecution" and "safety of funds," they applied psychological pressure on L.T., instructing her on which financial transactions to carry out.
As a result, the victim, being forced to sell her apartment, transferred 10,600,000 (ten million six hundred thousand) soms to the fraudsters' accounts.
It soon became clear that the individuals in question were fraudsters, which led to significant financial damage for the victim.
In this regard, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the investigative actions, the staff of the capital's Main Internal Affairs Directorate were able to establish the identities and locations of the suspects.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, A.K., born in 2000, S.N., born in 2004, and B.A., born in 2004, have been detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
Currently, operational and technical measures are ongoing to clarify all the circumstances of the case and identify other possible accomplices.
