Active measures are being taken in the Issyk-Kul region to reduce road traffic accidents.

According to data from 2025, there were 223 accidents in the region, more than 90 of which involved minors. As a result of traffic rule violations, 9 teenagers lost their lives.

In order to prevent such tragedies, the regional traffic safety management staff are conducting educational work in kindergartens, in addition to schools.

A recent event at the "Ak Shoola" kindergarten, located in the village of Kerege-Tash, served as a platform for teaching children the basic rules of behavior on the road in a playful manner. Parents also actively participated in the process.

Particular attention should be drawn to the initiative of Bayastan Bekturganov, a 10th-grade student, who independently studies traffic rules and inspires his peers. Specialists are confident that early education on traffic rules in kindergartens can significantly reduce the number of traffic accidents in the future.
