Almambet Shykmamatov: The GNS has begun to build the "state - partner" relationship

According to Shykmamatov, the year 2025 became an important milestone not only due to exceeding plans but also because of a change in the approach to interaction between the state and taxpayers.

“We started to form relationships not as ‘controller – violator’ but as ‘state – partner’. This change in our thinking is already bringing tangible results for the budget and the economy as a whole. All of this is confirmed by specific figures and development dynamics,” he added.
