As reported by Kaktus.media, the discussion of Turgunbek uulu's resignation is expected after his return from an official visit to Turkey. Although no official statements have been made regarding this matter yet, the names of potential successors are already being actively discussed.

Among the presumed candidates for the position of toraga are:

Ulan Primov;
Mederbek Aliev;
Kurmankul Zulushiev.

It is worth noting that Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu is in Turkey as part of an official delegation, which also includes deputies Alisher Kozyuev, Kunduzbek Sulaymanov, Akylbek Tumonbaev, Nurbek Sydygaliev, Eldar Sulaymanov, Gulai Mashrapova, and Elvira Surabaldiyeva. The visit will conclude on February 11.

Additionally, on February 10, it became known about the dismissal of Kamchybek Tashiev from the position of head of the GKNB and his three deputies.
