
According to the report from the Ministry of Labor, during the specified period, 123 million soms were allocated for the activities of the institution, which is 10% more than the previous year (111.8 million soms). These funds allowed for an increase in the number of recipients and the implementation of new technologies in the field of prosthetics.
Currently, the production is being modernized using 97.8 million soms allocated from the budget. Contracts have been signed in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Public Procurement," and the supply of modern equipment that meets international standards is underway, as well as training for staff to operate the new machines.
In addition, new models of orthopedic footwear and modern prostheses for upper and lower limbs are being developed and improved, taking into account the individual needs of patients. For the first time, prosthetists created the active traction prosthesis "Kibi" and the bionic prosthesis "Indi" from the company "Motorika," which is a resident of Skolkovo, as well as special prostheses for children's hands.
From 2023 to 2025, 34 children received "Kibi" and "Indi" hand prostheses, with 76% of them funded from the republican budget.
Additionally, under the memorandum of cooperation with the "FabLab" laboratory from South Korea, electronic hand prostheses were made for two adult citizens in Bishkek.
