Duyyshev noted that the FSH-13 program was executed 100% by commercial banks, and the overall execution rate of all six government initiatives was 99.3%.
He added: “Unfortunately, not all farmers and dykans receive sufficient funding, but we have reached an agreement with the banks to conduct an analysis over the year and redistribute funds between programs if necessary.”
According to the Deputy Minister, in 2026, the total volume of financing for the six government programs is expected to be approximately 13 billion soms. In the event of increased demand, funds may be redistributed among projects to provide agricultural producers with preferential loans.
