Shairbek Tashiev responded whether he is ready to resign from his mandate as a member of the Jogorku Kenesh.

In a recent interview with the publication "Azattyq," Tashiev explained that only his voters, specifically 24,300 people, have the right to demand his resignation.

“No one else has the authority to tell me about the necessity of resigning my mandate. Let them say whatever they want, I continue to work for my people and defend their interests. If these 24.3 thousand citizens gather and sign a demand for my resignation, I am ready for that. However, if someone is trying to intimidate me, I am a resilient person. We, the Tashievs, are known for our strength of spirit,” he noted.
