Found missing 63-year-old Myktybek Semeev<{short}>Turmush — 63-year-old Myktybek Semeev, who went missing, was discovered in Balakchy, located in the Issyk-Kul region.

According to his relative Emir Medetov, the man was found on the evening of February 17, 2026. His condition was assessed as satisfactory, but he was very weak as he had not eaten for a long time.

Turmush previously reported that Myktybek left his home in the village of Shabdan on February 12 around 6:30 PM, and since then his whereabouts had been unknown.

The family of the missing person noted that Myktybek has health issues: he suffered a serious injury in childhood, which affected his mental development, leaving him at the level of a 6-7-year-old child. He lived with his younger brother.

With the help of social media, it was possible to trace Myktybek's possible route. On February 12 around midnight, he was spotted in the Boom Gorge, where a group of young people gave him a ride to the train station in Balakchy.

He told the driver that he was heading to the village of Ananyevo, where other relatives live, but ultimately he never arrived there.

There were also reports of a similar man being seen in Karakol (relatives checked the information on-site and reviewed camera footage, but there were no results) and in the Jeti-Oguz region.

On the day of his disappearance, Myktybek was dressed in work clothes, which he usually wore while taking care of livestock. An official report was filed with the police regarding his disappearance.
