According to official information from the municipality, earlier, on February 19, four deputy mayors — Sonunbek Junusbaev, Mirlanbek Kazybay uulu, Adilet Sharshenaly uulu, and Nurlan Zakirov — submitted their resignation letters voluntarily.
Sonunbek Junusbaev began performing the duties of deputy mayor on September 6, 2021, when Almaz Mambetov was in office as mayor.

Mirlan Kazybay uulu took office as vice-mayor of Osh on December 2, 2025, taking on responsibilities for the construction sector.

Nurlan Zakirov became the vice-mayor of Osh at the end of October 2025, responsible for social issues. This position was previously held by Saltanat Amanova, who was elected as a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh. Prior to this appointment, Zakirov worked as the head of the social development department.

The recent personnel changes in the Osh city hall occurred after the change of mayor. Jenishbek Toktorbaev was relieved of his duties by a presidential decree on February 18.
He was succeeded by Janarbek Akayev.
Following Toktorbaev, Adilet Sharshenaly uulu resigned, who held the position of first deputy mayor.
