At the Kyrgyz State Museum of Literature and Art named after the great akyn Toktogul Satylganov, an evening dedicated to his memory was held. This information was provided by the Bishkek city administration.
The purpose of this event was to celebrate Kyrgyz culture, promote the legacy of T. Satylganov, and pass it on to future generations.
Among the participants of the evening were the deputy head of the Culture Department of the Bishkek city administration Absamat Akunov, the director of the United Directorate of Memorial Museums of the Culture Department Arman Momakhanova, as well as relatives of the composer and honored guests, including the sanjyrchy Kanatbek Kazybekov and the son of Ashyraly Aytaliev Myktybek Bolokbalaev.
As part of the concept "On the Spiritual and Moral Development and Physical Education of the Individual," the komuz ensemble of school No. 69 and the ooz-komuz ensemble named after A. Aytaliev from the Issyk-Ata district performed famous works by Toktogul Satylganov, creating a unique atmosphere at the event.
During the evening, substantial reports on the life and work of Toktogul, his invaluable contribution to Kyrgyz music and literature were presented. Participants emphasized that the legacy of the akyn is immortal and called on the youth to cherish and respect national traditions.
It was also reported that the Bishkek city administration allocated funding to improve the condition of the Toktogul Satylganov Literary Museum and carried out reconstruction work, highlighting the importance of preserving and developing national culture.
