On February 20, at a meeting of the regional council, districts, institutions, leaders, and entrepreneurs who made significant contributions to the socio-economic development of the region were honored. Special awards were presented by the office of the authorized representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Talas region.
Winners by Categories
As a result of the evaluation of activities for 2025, the Manas district was recognized as the "Best District." As a reward, it received a transitional Red Banner and a cash prize of 50,000 soms.
The title of "Best Aiyl Aimak" was awarded to the Aiyl Aimak Shumkar-Uya from the Talas district, which also received a cash prize of 30,000 soms.
The Talas Regional United Hospital named after Ch. Mambetov was awarded the title of "Best Institution" and received 10,000 soms.
Best Leaders
In the "Best Leader" category, the following individuals were recognized, each receiving a prize of 5,000 soms:
Kuan-dyk Omorovich Kerimbaev — head of the Talas Regional Road Maintenance Department No. 3;
Akyilbek Jumakadyrovich Sultanov — director of "Talas Electric Networks";
Ümötaly Rysalievich Alybaev — head of the Talas Regional Department of Urban Development and Architecture;
Azamat Nurmanovich Arykbaev — head of the Energy Supervision Service for the Talas region;
Tamara Karaevna Junusova — director of the Talas Regional Blood Center.
Best Entrepreneurs
As part of the "Best Entrepreneur" awards for the year 2025, the following individual entrepreneurs were recognized:
Mak-sat Esenbekovich Zhanchykulov from the Bakai-Ata district;
Ilyas Muratbekovich Amirayev from the Manas district;
Islambek Talasbekovich Atakeev from the Aitmatov district;
Kanatbek Beyshenalievich Subanov — head of the LLC "DNK Group."
