According to her, the event was organized in accordance with the presidential decree titled "Uluu Dem — Dүynөlүk Biiktyk" ("National Spirit — Global Heights").
This day, which has become an annual tradition, was marked with the aim of promoting friendship between peoples and mutual understanding, as well as celebrating the mother language.
During the event, exhibitions were held that showcased the lifestyle and culture of the ancient Kyrgyz people and their diasporas. Emphasis was also placed on the significance of the mother language, and participants were presented with a concert program, as noted by N. Mekeshova.
Representatives of various nationalities organized exhibitions as part of this event.
- International Mother Language Day was established by UNESCO in 1999 and has been celebrated worldwide since 2000 with the aim of protecting and preserving languages.
