In July 2025, Tokoldoshev was appointed as the head of the police in Balykchy.
He previously worked in various roles, including positions as an operative officer in the department dealing with crimes against individuals and contract killings, as well as in the criminal police and the criminal investigation department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Bishkek.
