The company was intended to monitor trade operations involving Kyrgyz firms; however, these goods did not enter the territory of the country. The main activity of the "Trade Company" was the import of goods that were not physically brought into Kyrgyzstan. Its existence was mentioned in the USA when Kyrgyzstan reported on its interaction with the global community under sanctions.
As reported by the publication Economist.kg, JSC "Trade Company" no longer exists, and its website has now become an online casino.
Officially, the authorities did not make a statement regarding the liquidation of the organization. The domain tradeco.kg, which previously belonged to the "Trade Company," is now operated by Olymp Casino, offering services for sports betting and gambling. The site is fully adapted to the Kyrgyz market: bets are accepted in soms, and account replenishment is possible through popular local banks. This occurred back in October 2025.
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic provided a comment regarding the liquidation of the state company to Kaktus.media.
The agency confirmed that by the order of the Ministry of Justice of the KR No. 1184-k dated February 10, 2026, JSC "Trade Company of the Kyrgyz Republic" was liquidated.
As for the domain name tradeco.kg, previously registered to the company, the ministry explained that on October 1, 2024, a contract was signed with the domain name registrar "Asia Info" for the registration of this domain for one year. Due to the liquidation of the company and the expiration of the contract, no further extension of the registration was made," the ministry reported.
On October 17, 2025, a new contract was signed with the domain name registrar "Asia Info" for the registration of tradeco.kg to another entity.
The domain name registrar refuses to provide information about the new owner of tradeco.kg in accordance with privacy legislation requirements.
At present, JSC "Trade Company of the Kyrgyz Republic" is not the owner of the domain name tradeco.kg, does not conduct any activities through it, and is not responsible for the content of the information posted on this internet resource.
