Sadyr Japarov expressed satisfaction with the successful holding of the Days of Russian Culture in Kyrgyzstan in 2025 and expressed hope that the upcoming opening of the Kyrgyz House of Science and Culture in Moscow would contribute to further rapprochement of cultures.
This year, the sixth World Nomad Games will take place in Kyrgyzstan, and the President invited the Russian team to actively participate in this important event.

He also noted that Kyrgyzstan is a homeland for him, and he watches with excitement the development of a country that demonstrates impressive rates of economic growth due to stability and long-term strategies.
Shvydkoy emphasized that 2028, when the centenary of Chyngyz Aitmatov will be celebrated, will be an important date for uniting the peoples of the two countries, as well as the year of the two-hundredth anniversary of Leo Tolstoy. He proposed to create a joint organizing committee, headed by the deputy prime ministers of both countries, to celebrate these significant events.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Sadyr Japarov and Mikhail Shvydkoy confirmed their mutual interest in further cooperation and expressed confidence that joint efforts in the field of culture, humanitarian dialogue, and experience exchange would contribute to the development of bilateral relations.
