
In London, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jeenbek Kulubaev, participated in a meeting where foreign policy issues were discussed with members of the British royal family, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports. During the event, he had the opportunity to communicate with Prince Edward, the Duke of Edinburgh.
During the conversation, the minister noted the readiness of the Kyrgyz Republic to deepen cooperation with the United Kingdom in various areas, including politics, trade, economy, and investment. Special attention was given to cultural and humanitarian interaction, particularly issues related to education, the study of the English language, as well as climate and the development of the tourism sector.
Kulubaev also spoke about the upcoming Sixth World Nomad Games, emphasizing their significance as an international initiative of Kyrgyzstan aimed at preserving cultural diversity, strengthening intercultural dialogue, and passing on the heritage of nomadic civilizations to future generations.
The event also featured students from Central Asia studying in the United Kingdom on scholarship programs, as well as representatives from leading educational institutions in the country.
The meeting concluded with a ceremonial event involving the Royal Horse Guards and an honor guard.
