The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, announced at a meeting taking place in "Yntymak Ordo" that nearly 20,000 keys to mortgage apartments will be handed over by the end of this year. "We strive to ensure that every family in Kyrgyzstan can live in comfortable conditions and look confidently towards the future of their country," he noted in his speech.
Additionally, the president stated that $400 million will be allocated this year for the construction of housing under mortgage programs.
It is worth noting that a republican meeting is currently taking place in "Yntymak Ordo," dedicated to summarizing the results of 2025, with various high-ranking officials in attendance, including members of the cabinet, heads of state institutions, presidential representatives in the regions, mayors of Bishkek and Osh, as well as district akims.
