To attract and support medical workers, the presidential representative office in the Talas region has developed a number of financial incentives. With the help of funds from a sponsorship fund for invited specialists from other regions, salary supplements are provided:
- 40,000 soms for practicing doctors;
- 12,000 soms for intern doctors.
In addition, the Talas city administration is actively addressing issues of social support for medical workers. In particular, efforts are being made to:
- provide housing for doctors;
- prioritize the enrollment of specialists' children in educational institutions and kindergartens.
