He noted: "No branch of power should be used for political games or pressure. Any attempt to engage in political struggle leads to chaos and a loss of public trust. In the past, political ambitions undermined the work of government agencies, hindering the country's development and depriving it of necessary initiatives. We have endured long years when decisions were made in the interests of only narrow groups, and this became a serious obstacle to progress. Today, we cannot afford to make mistakes," the president stated.
Zaparov also added that every official must perform their duties conscientiously, receiving a salary and trust from the state. "While working in public service, it is necessary to avoid any compromises with one's conscience. This approach will allow the authorities to become a real tool for development. There should be no unacceptable practices related to personal connections during hiring. In case of such violations, responsibility will be imposed even on those considered good leaders," he warned.
The president emphasized the need to create a new, open, and effective management system in the country. "Where everyone clearly fulfills their duties, there will be no room for chaos, corruption, and bureaucracy. Only under such conditions can we achieve our goals, strengthen trust in the authorities, and ensure sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan," he concluded.
