According to information provided by the Internal Affairs Department of the Batken region, in December 2025, the local police received six complaints from shop owners. They reported that 23-year-old T.B., having gained their trust, offered delivery services for various household items. The young man promised to bring washing machines, refrigerators, and sofas from China, convincing customers to make full prepayments through online services.
According to the case materials, the suspect used the funds received for personal needs. After failing to fulfill his delivery obligations, he went into hiding. As a result of his actions, six victims incurred a total financial loss of over 200,000 soms.
The aforementioned facts were registered in the Unified Register of Crimes of the Kyzyl-Kiya Internal Affairs Department. A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code.
During operational-search activities, officers of the criminal police of the Kyzyl-Kiya City Department of Internal Affairs managed to detain T.B. in Osh. He is currently in a temporary detention facility. Investigative actions are ongoing, and his possible involvement in other similar crimes is being checked.
