According to the police, the wanted individual is involved in a case of the rape of a minor. The report came from a social worker in the Sokuluk district, who stated that the crime occurred at the beginning of this year.
A criminal investigation has been initiated in accordance with Article 154 (Rape) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect is a man who introduced himself as "Turat." It is known that he may use the name Jumayev Turat Kasymovich, born in 1979.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are conducting operational search activities to establish the whereabouts of the suspect.
