Deputy Minister of Education Nadira Dzhusupbekova reported at a meeting of the committee on science, education, innovative development, and information technologies, culture, sports, and youth affairs of the Jogorku Kenesh that since the launch of the kitep.edu.kg website, its visits have reached 19.8 million.
She noted that on average, about 172,000 users visit the resource daily. The site features 243 electronic textbooks developed for the 11–12 year educational program in Kyrgyz and Russian languages. Of these, 164 textbooks are in Kyrgyz and 67 in Russian.
In addition, 79 textbooks have been added for the 12-year educational program, including methodological materials for teachers, workbooks, and additional resources for students,” she added.
